SHIPPING & RETURNS

The Love Apparel products are custom designed and printed on demand.  All products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.  Unfortunately, our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and customers can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, The Love Apparel NYC is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.  All customer should be careful as to submit the correct information for their orders.  Be sure to review product description, sizes, and fit

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.   We would also require proof of product defect via a photo of the item.
